Universities, hospitals and national ministries are all receiving large estate gifts, but our local congregation doesn’t seem to be receiving much of anything.  Our members are very involved and committed to our ministry….so how come they forget about us?

To be honest, they haven’t forgotten about you.  You just haven’t asked them for an estate gift or shown them how they could be remembering ministry.

What is your vision as a ministry?  If one of your members were shown that they had the ability to leave you $100,000, $500,000, or $1,000,000….is your vision big enough for the size of the gift?

The vast majority of our members are excited to leave a gift to our local congregation – we just need to show them how to do it and make sure as a ministry we are prepared to accept it in a way that will promote more ministry!
